Liam Sample

Hi, I’m Liam Sample, a passionate sports broadcaster and creative content producer. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and TV-Video Production with a minor in Journalism from SUNY Plattsburgh and a master’s in Sport Management at SUNY Cortland.

I currently serve as the Sports Information Coordinator for SUNY Cortland and the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the Clinton LumberKings.

 

My goal is to build a career in play-by-play announcing, a passion I’ve developed through calling over 200 games at SUNY Plattsburgh and SUNY Cortland, working with other organizations such as the Adirondack Thunder (ECHL), Dartmouth (DI), Middlebury (DIII), Saint Michael’s (DII), Hamilton College (DIII), and the Vermont Lumberjacks (EHL).​​
